What about travel fees?
Most of our weddings take place around the Wichita area and throughout Kansas, where we love serving couples close to home. But we also have a big love for travel, and yes, our passports are ready. Whether it's a short drive to a new destination or a flight somewhere across the world, we're always excited to follow your story wherever it takes you. No matter the location, we bring the same care, intention, and joy to every wedding we document.
Travel within driving distance
*Distances greater than 2 hours*
We're always excited to travel for weddings and typically take on celebrations within about a 6-hour drive from Wichita. For road trip destinations, we hit the road the day before your wedding to ensure we arrive with plenty of time, calm, and intention so we can fully show up for your day. For all traveling weddings, we do require a 2-night stay (the night before and the night of the wedding) to allow us to be fully present, rested, and ready to serve you well. Wherever your story takes us, we're ready to go.

Travel by air
For destination weddings that require air travel, we're always excited to pack our bags and follow your story whever it leads. To ensure we arrive rested and ready, we typically fly out 2 days before your wedding day to account for any potential delays or cancellations. For these weddings, we require a 3-night stay (the nights before the wedding and after) so we can be fully present, prepared, and focused on serving you well. No matter the destination, we're honored to travel and document your day with care and intention
